1. Eligibility and Event Details

The booking client and every attendee must be 18 or older. The client must provide accurate information about the date, times, address, venue, guest count and nature of the event. A material change may require a revised quote (or cancellation in the event of false information being provided).

2. Confirmation and Payment

An enquiry does not reserve an entertainer. A booking is confirmed only when Sultry Events accepts it in writing and the required booking payment has cleared. Remaining amounts must be paid by the stated deadline and method.

3. Cancellations and Changes

Booking payments cover entertainers’ reserved availability and administration costs and may be non-refundable depending on individual circumstances. Date, time, location and service changes are subject to availability and may incur added fees. All changes must be finalised in writing prior to the booking.

4. Travel, Delays and Overtime

Travel, accommodation, parking, tolls and extended travel fees may be charged. Clients must disclose difficult access, boats, rural locations and overnight requirements upfront when contacting Sultry Events. Overtime is available only after entertainer and agency pre-approval and payment.

5. Conduct, Consent and Safety

• No touching, photography or recording without express consent.

• No abusive, threatening, discriminatory, intoxicated or unsafe behaviour.

• No pressure to minimise a dress level or perform an unagreed service.

• No illegal drugs or activity to occur in the entertainers’ working area.

An entertainer may pause or end a booking immediately if safety or boundaries are compromised. No refund applies where the client or guests cause the booking to end prematurely.

6. Entertainment Options

Sultry Events provides event hosting and adult entertainment. Sexual services are not offered nor included. The client is responsible for ensuring the event and venue comply with applicable laws, licences, body corporate rules and accommodation policies.

7. Privacy and Media

Client and entertainer information is handled discreetly and is only used for arranging and administering bookings. Images of entertainers may not be captured, posted or distributed under any circumstances.

8. Substitution and Unforeseen Events

If a selected entertainer becomes unavailable, Sultry Events may offer a suitable replacement, reschedule or apply the remedy stated in the confirmed booking agreement. Appearance and availability requests remain subject to confirmation.

9. Booker & Guest Responsibilities

The booking client is responsible for guest behaviour, providing a safe venue and for any damage caused during the event. Entertainers do not supply nor serve alcohol where doing so would breach venue requirements or liquor laws. Additionally, the booker is responsible for ensuring entertainers have access to appropriate bathroom facilities and heating or cooling when required.
